1. Eligibility for Return

Products may be returned if:

• The item received is damaged during delivery.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is incomplete or missing accessories.
• The return request is made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
• Products that have been installed, used, or are not in their original condition.
• Items without original packaging, labels, manuals, or accessories.
• Special-order, customized, imported-on-demand, or non-stock items, unless damaged or defective.
• Clearance, promotional, or discounted products, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support by providing:

• Order Number
• Product Name
• Reason for Return
• Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If the return is approved, the customer will receive instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer, as applicable. Refunds are completed within 7–10 working days after approval of the returned product.

5. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or damaged delivery), TECHSOUK DHAKA will bear the return shipping cost. If the customer wishes to return the product for any other approved reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

6. Product Inspection

All returned products will be inspected before any replacement or refund is approved. TECHSOUK DHAKA reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, the customer must follow the Return Policy.

8. Replacement Policy

Where stock is available, TECHSOUK DHAKA may replace a defective or incorrect product instead of issuing a refund.
